REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Zawadi Hamisi Juma, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interests of all that parcel of land, known as Plot No. 9927/I/MN, containing 0.0604 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 31250, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
