IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) (d) of the Universities Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education re-appoints– David Morang’a Oyugi, Joan Atieno Odawa, Ambeyi Ligavo (Amb.), Isaac Kiprop Chebon, Willis Gesami Omwoyo (Dr.), as Members of the Council of the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 26th June, 2026.
