IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 172 (1) (b) (i) and (c) of the Constitution and section 46 (2) (b) of the Sugar Act, the Judicial Service Commission appoints— Francis Kariuki Kamau Obok Olwa Owiyo Elvis Mercy Wanjiru Mathai Sylvester Ngacho Mukele to be Members of the Sugar Arbitration Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 4th June, 2026.
