CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026 By (1) Rehema Ngailah Saleh and (2) Zahra Makoke Saleh, both of P.O. Box 41613, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saleh Kimtai Hassan, who died at Sichilayi, Kakmega, on 9th August, 2023.
