TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 19th June, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026 By (1) James Ndichu Kinuthia and (2) Anne Njoki Kinuthia, both of P.O. Box 2003, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Kinuthia Kahugu, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 9th November, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
