TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By George Omondi Ochieng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Ondetto, who died on 14th April, 1974.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Joanes Onim Mbeche, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbeche Ojijo alias Mbeche Ojijo alias
Bache Ojijo, who died at Got Nyabondo Sub-location.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
