TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th June, 2026
CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2026
By (1) Makario Getugi Nyayiemi and (2) Morang’a Hezron
Nyaega, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyayiemi Kiyaka, who died at
Engorwa, on 23rd January, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2026
By Concilata Ntabo, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakara Ntabo alias Nyakara w/o Ntabo, who died on 20th July, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
