Koech Lelei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimutai Kelendich Kapteren alias Kimutai Kelendich, who died at District Hospital, Iten in Kenya, on 3rd January, 2003. CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2026 By (1) Willy Kipkorir Kotey, (2) Samuel ole Ronkoei and (3) Oloisiriri Ronkai, all of P.O. Box 913–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. Kinyanjui & Sang, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Maina Rongoei, who died at Lolkinyei, Uasin Gishu, on 12th April, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
