TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024

Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Jane Wanjiru Kimani, who died at Mirera, on 7th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025
By David Maina Muraya, of P.O. Box 14386–20100, Nakuru in
Kenya, the executor the deceased, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of George Waruiru Kariuki, who died at Kijabe, on 11th April, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
