Box 38446– 00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lucia Precida Gatibaru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lucia Precida Gatibaru and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zainab Precida Auguste, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Zainab Precida Auguste only.
