NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 426, in Volume D1, Folio 315/5001, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Sharmake Issack Abdirahman, of P.O. Box 30173–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sharmake Adan Abdow, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Sharmake Adan Abdow and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sharmake Issack Abdirahman, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Sharmake Issack Abdirahman only.
