NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 192, in Volume D1, Folio 196/1919, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Mutuku Austine Odhiambo Waziri, formerly known as Eric Masila Mutuku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Eric Masila Mutuku and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mutuku Austine Odhiambo Waziri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mutuku Austine Odhiambo Waziri only.
