NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 45, in Volume B13, Folio 2501/22955, File No. 1637, by our client, Luqman Masoud Mwahima, of P.O. Box 99110– 80107, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mwalimu Luqmani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mwalimu Luqmani and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Luqman Masoud Mwahima, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Luqman Masoud Mwahima only.
