NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 900, in Volume D1, Folio 190/1935, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Dango Duncan Kobetbet, formerly known as Dancan Kibet Kurui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Dancan Kibet Kurui and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dango Duncan Kobetbet, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Dango Duncan Kobetbet only.
