NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 42, in Volume B13, Folio 2509/23021, File No. 1636, by our client, Azmina Essak, formerly known as Azmina Abdulmajid Alarakia Essak, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Azmina Abdulmajid Alarakia Essak and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Azmina Essak, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Azmina Essak only.
