NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 43, in Volume B13, Folio 2509/23022, File No. 1636, by our client, Mohamed Salim Essak, formerly known as Mohamed Salim Abdulmajid Allarakhia Essak, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Salim Abdulmajid Allarakhia Essak and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Salim Essak, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Salim Essak only.
