NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 062, in Volume D1, Folio 192/1893, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Anna Lung’aho Anderson, of P.O. Box 22558–00505, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Anne Andia Lung’aho, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Anne Andia Lung’aho and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anna Lung’aho Anderson, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Anna Lung’aho Anderson only.
