NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 067, in Volume D1, Folio 192/1891, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Osman Mohammed Kaptir, of P.O. Box 104279–00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Musa Ekai Kaptir, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Musa Ekai Kaptir and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Osman Mohammed Kaptir, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Osman Mohammed Kaptir only.
