Box 8042– 00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Florence Wanjiru Muturi, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Florence Wanjiru Muturi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Florence Wanjiru Njonjo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Florence Wanjiru Njonjo only.
