NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 16th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 527, in Volume D1, Folio 210/2031, File No. MMXXVI, by my client, Winfred Awuor Amadi, of P.O. Box 3866, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Winnie Easther Awuor Amadi, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Winnie Easther Awuor Amadi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Winfred Awuor Amadi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Winfred Awuor Amadi only.
