NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 15th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 489, in Volume D1, Folio 209/2020, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Faith Syokau Kanini Mulwa, of P.O. Box 967–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Faith Syokau Kanini, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Faith Syokau Kanini, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Faith Syokau Kanini Mulwa for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Faith Syokau Kanini Mulwa only.
