APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 2, 26 and 27 of the Mental Health Act and the Regulation thereof, take notice that this court in Misc. Application No. E266 of 2023 has appointed (1) Lilian Gathoni Kimani and (2) Esther Nyambura Kimani as Managers and legal guardians of the estate and all affairs of Judith Nyathira Kimani. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
