TAKE NOTICE that Manowar Khan Juma Khan, of P.O. Box 9618–00100, Nairobi, lately residing in Nairobi Town, has presented a Bankruptcy Petition to the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, Milimani, seeking a Bankruptcy Order under section 32 of the Insolvency Act, 2015, on the ground that the debtor is unable to pay his debts. AND THAT the said Petition is fixed for hearing on the 17th June, 2026, before the Court sitting at 9 O’clock or forenoon. Any creditor wishing to support or oppose the Petition may appear at the hearing either in person or through an advocate.
