NOTICE is given that the National Land Commission intends to acquire land shown in the schedule hereunder on behalf of the Ministry of Interior and National Administration in accordance with section 110 of the Land Act in Kakamega County. Interested persons should inspect plans of the affected land at the offices of the Commission at Ardhi House 3rd Floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi and County Coordinator’s Offices in Kakamega County during official working hours.
