REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Florence Wanjiru Mwangi, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in Kiambu County, registered under title No. Juja/Komo Block 2/440, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said instrument for the said piece of land is missing and whereas all efforts made to locate the said instrument has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another instrument and the said missing instrument be deemed of no effect.
