THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hamisi Kassim Tamba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kwale/Mwanguda/1243, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Msambweni in Succession Cause No. E210 of 2025, has vested the property to Hamad Hamisi Kassim, as a trustee, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Hamisi Kassim Tamba (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, respectively, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hamisi Kassim Tamba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
