THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muthoka Matula Moe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.3 hectares or thereabout, known as Kyangwithya/Ndumoni/162, situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succession Cause No. E165 of 2022, has issued letters of administration in favour of (1) Matula Muthoka and (2) Charles Kyalo Muthoka, and whereas the said (1) Matula Muthoka and (2) Charles Kyalo Muthoka, have executed application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Muthoka Matula Moe (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Muthoka Matula Moe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
