GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9133

WHEREAS Julius Njue Kiringa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Evurore/Nguthi/824, situate in Sub-county of Mbeere, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Siakago in Succession Cause No. 270 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Desmond Mugendi Kiringa and (2) Rose Mbura Njue, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L.A. 39 in respect of the said parcel of land registered in the name of Julius Njue Kiringa (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L.A. 39 in the name (1) Desmond Mugendi Kiringa and (2) Rose Mbura Njue, and whereas upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Julius Njue Kiringa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
