THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chege Gathae Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.041 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ithanga Phase VI/315, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika in Succession Cause No. E638 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Stanley Mwaura Chege, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 to Stanley Mwaura Chege, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chege Gathae Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
