THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Musa Ochieng and (2) Patris Otita Obuon alias Patrick Otita Obuon (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kisumu/Buoye/2118, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Winam in Succession Cause No. E376 of 2024, has issued grant in favour of (1) Musa Ochieng and (2) Isaac Onyango Ayoo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Musa Ochieng and (2) Patris Otita Obuon alias Patrick Otita Obuon (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Musa Ochieng and (2) Patris Otita Obuon alias Patrick Otita Obuon (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
