THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Moses Masivai Barasa and (2) Dzame Akida Deche, as tenants in common, both of P.O. Box 83820–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 4.514, hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 1705/233/41, situate in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 28637, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act,.
