REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Huruma Muslim Youth Group, of P.O. Box 73587, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 20505, situate in Mavoko Municipality in the Machakos District, by virtue of a grant of title, registered as I.R. 115617/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land 19th June, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE register have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
