REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Njuguna Kimani, of P.O. Box 16766-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. Mombasa/Mwembelegeza/1073, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as Temp. CF. 44450, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
