THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Purity Wambui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 31297–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Mombasa/Mwembelegeza Settlement Scheme/1481, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued therefore has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and shall issue a provisional certificate of title under section 33 (3).
