WHEREAS Allan Mulango Simu, of P.O. Box 48014–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that 19th June, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE piece of land known as L.R. No. 17/168, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a conveyance registered as N52 Folio 168 File 16275, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certified copy of conveyance provided that no objection has been received within that period.
