IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Community Land Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, in consultation with the County Government of Garissa, has developed the Adjudication Programme for registration of land within Garissa County with respect to registered communities resident within the areas set out in the Schedule.
