APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 2, 26, 27 and 28 of the Mental Health Act and the Regulation thereof, take notice that this court in Misc. Application No. E281 of 2025 has appointed Elizabeth Nyambura as Manager and legal guardian of the estate and all affairs of Magdalene Wanjiku Muturi alias Magdaline Wanjiku Muturi alias Magdalene Wanjiku alias Magdaline Wanjiku. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
