TAKE NOTICE that: The final meeting of the creditors of Jungle Macs (EPZ) Limited (In Liquidation) will be held virtually on Tuesday, the 23rd June, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via an online platform to give an account of the liquidation of the Company. Access details for the virtual meeting will be shared with creditors who confirm their attendance. Creditors are requested to confirm their attendance by e-mail using the details provided below. As the meeting will be held virtually, registered creditors will receive the relevant access and login details upon confirmation. Please provide confirmation by Friday, the 19th June, 2026. The Joint Liquidators will circulate the account of the liquidation to all registered creditors prior to the meeting. Any Creditor who has not received the account of the liquidation by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, the 16th June, 2026 may request a copy via the e-mail address provided below. Creditors may attend the meeting either in person or by way of proxy. Proxies of creditors of the Company who wish to attend on behalf of the Creditors will be shared with the creditors together with the account of liquidation and must be lodged with the Joint liquidators through the email address provided below on or before Friday the 19th June, 2026. If the appointer is a body corporate, the proxy must be executed under its common seal or by an authorized officer or attorney.
