COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that pursuant to the provisions of section 13 (g), and 69 (1 and 4) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019 read together with Legal Notice No. 27 of 2020, the preparation of the above plan was on the 22nd day of May, 2026 completed. The part development plan relates to land opposite Emgwen Affordable Housing in Kapsabet town, Nandi County. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the offices of the CECM in charge of Physical and Land Use Planning–Nandi County, North Rift Regional Co-ordinator, Eldoret and County Physical Planner, Kapsabet, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send such representation or objection in writing to be received by the County Physical Planner, Nandi P.O. Box 307–30300 Kapsabet, Ardhi House, 1st floor within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and such representation or objection shall state the grounds upon which it is made.
