REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pauline Mukami Nganga (ID/2254342), is registered as proprietor of all that property known as Karai/Gikambura/2951, containing 0.128 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Kiambu County, by virtue of title deed, and whereas it has been established that the parcel of land is registered in favour of Kennedy Njuguna Ngugi (ID/3110964) registered on 9.10.2008 and title issued, notice is given for surrender of land title deed registered in favour of Pauline Mukami Nganga (ID/2254342) after expiry of 14 days hereof, the said land title deed shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect, Dated the 12th June, 2026.
