GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8902

WHEREAS (1) Abdallah Athumani Mambo (deceased), (2) Salim Athuman Mambo (deceased), (3) Fatuma Bakari Mshihiri (deceased), (4) Jumaa Athumani Mambo and (5) Mwanasha Athumani Mambo, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Lunga Lunga/378, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E333 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Jumaa Athumani Mambo and (2) Mwanasha Athumani Mambo, as trustees, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Abdallah Athumani Mambo (deceased), (2) Salim Athuman Mambo (deceased), (3) Fatuma Bakari Mshihiri (deceased), (4) Jumaa Athumani Mambo and (5) Mwanasha Athumani Mambo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 respectively, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Abdallah Athumani Mambo (deceased), (2) Salim Athuman Mambo (deceased), (3) Fatuma Bakari Mshihiri (deceased), (4) Jumaa Athumani Mambo and (5) Mwanasha Athumani Mambo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
