REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Rahudhi Otina alias David Rahudhi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, situate in the district of Siaya, known as East Gem/Nyandiwa/817, 666 and 762, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Siaya in Succession Cause No. E332 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Hellen Otina, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said David Rahudhi Otina alias David Rahudhi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue title deed to the said Hellen Otina and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Rahudhi Otina alias David Rahudhi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
