THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njuguna Kagege (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 1.224 hectares or thereabout, known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/2236 (Mirera), situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. E157 of 2023, has issued grant and letters of confirmation of grant to Elizabeth Muthoni Ndukui (ID/21125671), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof and provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to Elizabeth Muthoni Ndukui (ID/21125671), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njuguna Kagege (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
