GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8891

WHEREAS Patrick Kinyanjui Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Gitaumba/Muhotetu Block 1/273 (Kiambogo), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E2988 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Jacinta Njeri, and whereas the said Jecinta Njeri has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 19 in the name of Jecinta Njeri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Patrick Kinyanjui Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
