GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8888

WHEREAS Felista Wanja Ndungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0312 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Kiambu, known as Limuru Town/344, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. 73 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Ileen Njeri Ndungu and (2) Pauline Gathoni Ndungu, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Felista Wanja Ndungu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Nobert Thiongo Ndungu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Felista Wanja Ndungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
