GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8882

WHEREAS Justo Ondigo Oyoo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Mun. Block 8/152, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E36 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Jack Obwanda Ondigo, (2) Fredrick Otieno Ondigo, (3) James Midhola Ondigo and (4) Benson Otieno Ondigo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Justo Ondigo Oyoo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Justo Ondigo Oyoo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
