THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kibet arap Sitienei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Rongai/Rongai Block 1/235, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E22 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Stephen Kimutai Koech and (2) Gladys Cherono Sitienei, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibet arap Sitienei (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 50 and issue land title deed to the said of (1) Stephen Kimutai Koech and (2) Gladys Cherono Sitienei, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibet arap Sitienei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
