REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Janet Mukambe Mbura and (2) Serah Malusi, as the administrator to the estate of Rawson Mwambogo Mubra (deceased), is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.37 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Kilifi/Mtwapa/1044, situate in the county of Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a 12th June, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
