REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Susan Waithera (deceased), is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.0800 hectare or 12th June, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE thereabouts, known as Dagoretti/Riruta/1369, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. 324 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of David Mugo Muthiora, of P.O. Box 6135–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
