IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 172 (1) (b) (i) and (c) of the Constitution and section 125 (1) of the Environment Management and Co-ordination Act, the Judicial Service Commission re-appoints— WINNIE LUVUNO TSUMA to be a Member of the National Environment Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th February, 2026.
